摘要

制造工艺作为保证产品质量、提升工厂生产效率及能力的重要技术支撑,在高速列车的研发及制造中发挥着重要作用。介绍由中车长客股份公司牵头研发并生产的中国标准动车组(CR400BF)转向架构架的关键制造工艺,并从工艺提升的角度,提出后续工艺研究的方向,对类似结构的转向架构架制造工艺具有很好的参考借鉴意义。

Abstract

Manufacturing technology plays an important role in the R&D and manufacturing of high-speed train,as the technological support to improving the manufacture quality,efficiency and capacity of production. This paper mainly introduces the key manufa-cturing technology of China Standard EMU Trains’（CR400 BF） bogie frame,which is designed and produced by CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd. Final1 y,the research direction for improving manufacturing technology is proposed.
