摘要

时速200 km城际动车组车体组成关键尺寸包括车体长度、高度、车体挠度值、门口高度等。焊后车体长度收缩,高度及门口高度下降,两端向上弯曲,与设计的理论挠度方向相反。采用预留工艺余量的方法可有效控制最终车体长度尺寸;采用增加侧墙型材的组对公差并在组对时进行高度反变形支撑,以及控制车顶单件的内高,可有效控制车体组成焊后的最终高度及门口高度值;采用焊前工装与侧墙预制挠度的方法,可有效控制焊后的车体挠度值。

Abstract

Key dimensions of car body composition of Intercity EMU have speed of 200 kilometers per hour involve length,height,deflection and entrance height.After welding length reduced,height of the car body and entrance height decrease,the two ends bend upwards. Process allowance can control length Effectively. Widen the side wall before welding can control height Effectively.Prefabricated deflection on side wall and Fixture can control deflection of the car boday Effectively.
