In this paper,the effect of the rectification rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy FSW joints was studied systematically by tensile test,bending test,hardness test and metallographic test. The results showed that the facture occured in HAZ. The tensile strength of joint met the standard and the bend property of joint perfomed well. The softening behavior appeared in FSW joints. With the increase of rectification rate,the microstructure of different zones in FSW joints had no changes.
