    摘要

    埋弧焊是在焊接船用高强钢中应用广泛的高效焊接方法。各牌号的埋弧焊材日益繁多,针对其母材特点和应用工程项目的要求也日益苛刻。采用4种牌号埋弧焊材对壁厚32 mm的D36钢板进行埋弧焊接工艺评定试验。通过外观无损检验、拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度和宏观金相检测研究D36钢接头的焊接力学性能。结果表明:采用适宜的焊接工艺方案,4种牌号焊材可获得力学性能良好的焊接接头,各牌号焊材可差别对待应用于不同船用高强钢埋弧制作中。

    Abstract

    Submerged arc welding(SAW) is a very efficient method widely used in the welding of marine high strength steel. In view of the base metal characteristic and the requirements of construction project,AWS D1.1-2015 "American Welding Society" is taken as the acceptance standard. The four kinds of SAW materials are used in the SAW procedure qualification tests of 32 mm thickness D36 steel plate. The weldability and mechanical properties of welded joints are studied by nondestructive test of appearance,tensile,bending,impact,hardness and macroscopic metallography detection. The results show that welded joints with good mechanical properties can be obtained by using a suitable welding technology with the four kinds of welding materials. And these welding materials can be applied to the SAW of marine high strength steels.
