针对国内自主研发的SA-335 P92钢用焊条E9015-B92和E9016-B92的焊接工艺性、熔敷金属化学成分和力学性能以及焊接接头性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:焊条E9015-B92和E9016-B92综合工艺性良好,能够满足产品焊接要求;熔敷金属合金成分体系与国外焊材厂家的产品一致,主要合金元素满足ASME IIC标准规定;熔敷金属以及接头力学性能均满足标准要求。但由于两种焊条均采用全药皮过渡合金元素,熔敷金属主要合金元素的均匀性和稳定性有待提高;经试验,焊条E9015-B92熔敷金属冲击韧性较低,且其冲击韧性受焊后热处理保温时间影响较大,需制定合理的热处理规范。
The welding usability,the chemical composition and mechanical properties of deposited metal, the mechanical properties of weld joints for SA-335P92 electrode E9015-B92 and E9016-B92 were studied in this paper. The results show that the whole welding usability of the electrode E9015-B92 and E9016-B92 were good and could meet welding requirements for products. The system of alloy chemical composition in deposited metal was consistent with the well-known foreign manufacturers and the main alloy elements can meet the requirement of ASME standard. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of deposited metal and weld joints could meet the requirement of standard. But alloy elements in deposited metal were almost entirely from the coating of electrode,the homogeneity and stability of main alloy elements need to be well improved. In addition,compared with E9015-B92,the impact toughness of the electrode E9016-B92 was better,and the impact toughness of the electrode E9015-B92 was strongly affected by the preservation time of PWHT.A reasonable specification for heat treatment need to be developed.
