摘要

利用一种新型纳秒高能脉冲光纤激光,开展航天铝结构件阳极氧化膜局部精准清除技术研究,并采用SEM和EDS对金属新生表面进行成分表征。结果表明,采用高峰值功率纳秒脉冲光纤激光清除后,新生金属表面成分为99%Al,实现了铝合金阳极氧化膜层高效、彻底的破碎剥离式清除。大型铝合金贮箱结构件采用该种激光清除焊接边,其焊缝质量优良。

Abstract

The aluminum anodic oxide film is cleaned by using a nanosecond pulse laser. Both SEM and EDS are used for element component analysis. The results show that the newly born metal surface is composed of 99 wt.% Al element. The aluminum anodic oxide film is completely peeled under laser heating crack mechanism. The weld quality of propellant tank using laser cleaning technology reaches the highest level.
