摘要

为了研究00Cr18Ni10N奥氏体不锈钢超低碳不锈钢材料的焊接性、可补焊特性,对该材料及其焊缝进行了TIG焊表面重熔,分析重熔次数(时间)对材料硬度、微观金相组织、铁素体含量、表面氧化物等特性的影响。结果表明,随着重熔次数(时间)的增加,铁素体含量、焊缝金相组织结构、焊缝三区的硬度、晶间腐蚀性能均无明显变化,其焊缝表面重熔形成的氧化物难溶于部分常规酸洗溶液等。

Abstract

In order to study the weldability and repairable weldability of 00Cr18Ni10N austenitic stainless steel and ultra-low carbon stainless steel,surface remelting of the material and its weld is carried out by TIG welding. The effect of remelting times（time） on the hardness,micro-metallographic structure,ferrite content and surface oxide of the material are analyzed. The results show that when the remelting times（time）increase,the ferrite content,weld metallographic structure,hardness and intergranular corrosion properties of the three zones of the weld have no obvious change,and the oxide formed by the remelting of the weld surface is insoluble in some conventional acid pickling solutions.
