摘要

针对航空传感元器件中铂电阻引线与异种材质多股导线连接的技术需求,研制了一种用于微细丝与异种材质多股导线精密电阻钎焊的装置。该装置结构简单、操作方便、装夹可靠,实现了铂电阻引线和多股导线的良好连接,得到了填充饱满、性能及外观良好的焊接接头,接头性能优于常规电阻钎焊接头,提高了接头质量和焊接效率,满足了开放实验教学的需求。

Abstract

Based on the problem of the connection between platinum resistance leads and multi-strand wires with dissimilar metal in aerial sensing components,the device and method for precision resistance brazing of fine wires and multi-strand wires with dissimilar metal are developed. The device has simple structure,convenient operation and reliable jigs,and realizes a good connection between platinum resistance leads and multi-strand wires with dissimilar metal. And the obtained joints are fully filled with good performances and appearances,the properties of the joints are better than these of conventional resistance brazing joints,which improves the joint quality and welding efficiency are d and meets the needs of open experimental teaching.
