摘要

开发了适用于薄管焊接的搅拌摩擦焊接系统,实现了铝/铜薄管的高性能连接。通过在铝/铜焊缝横截面的宏/微观表征发现了5种不同形貌特征的金属间化合物,通过X射线衍射与纳米压痕表征其成分主要为Al,2,Cu、Al,4,Cu,9,与少量的AlCu。进一步研究与分析发现,焊接过程中焊缝不同位置的剪切作用与搅拌头压力作用是5种不同形貌成分的金属间化合物的主要形成机制。

Abstract

This work developed a friction-stir-welding system for thin wall pipes and realized high performance Al/Cu pipe joining.Five kinds of intermetallic compounds（IMCs） with different characteristics has been found through macro-/micro-scale observation.The contents of IMCs have been detected to be Al,2,Cu,Al,4,Cu,9, and AlCu（small amount） through X ray diffraction and nanoindentation.Different shear effect and pressure effect by welding tool were found to be the main formation mechanisms of different kinds of IMCs through further research and analysis.
