采用0.6 mm不锈钢薄板和8 mm碳钢厚板进行搭接MAG电弧点焊试验,分析MAG电弧点焊焊接参数与搭接面熔核等效直径的试验结果;提出采用"核心"范围内的焊接参数能形成大于产品图纸要求且尺寸稳定的搭接面熔核等效直径;针对不锈钢薄板搭接MAG电弧点焊工艺的实践应用提出建议。
In this paper,0.6 mm stainless steel sheet and 8 mm carbon steel thick plate are used for overlapping MAG arc spot welding test. The test results of MAG spot welding parameters and equivalent nugget diameter of overlapping surface are analyzed. It is proposed that the nugget equivalent diameter of overlap surface which is larger than the requirement of product drawings and stable in size can be formed by using welding parameters in the "core" range. Suggestions on practical application of MAG arc spot welding process for stainless steel sheet lapping are put forward.
