An imported high voltage electron beam welder is the key equipment of processing products. It is equipped with a single station NC turntable,which has long welding preparation time and can only weld one piece. In order to solve the production bottleneck,a welding turntable with ten stations is developed. This turntable has been successfully put into the batch production and processing for more the one year. The solution of mechanical structure,electrical circuit and overall precision of turntable in design process are introduced and good use effect is gained.
