摘要

通过分析核电站安装施工中面临的焊接技术问题,提出采用悬臂式自动焊接技术方案来提高管道预制效率、保证焊接质量,并从焊接成本、焊接效率、焊接质量和焊接生产安全方面对方案的可行性进行论证。结果表明,悬臂式自动焊接技术相比手工焊接技术具有较高的优越性,是完全可行的。这为自动焊机在其他核电的推广使用提供了参考。

Abstract

By analyzing the welding technology problems in the installation and construction of nuclear power plants,a cantilever automatic welding technology scheme is proposed to improve the pipeline prefabrication efficiency and ensure the welding quality. The feasibility of the scheme is demonstrated from the aspects of welding cost,welding efficiency,welding quality and welding safety. The results show that the cantilever automatic welding technology has higher superiority than manual welding technology,and it is completely feasible.
