摘要

通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、硬度试验、金相检验和扫描电镜分析等试验,分析了某核电厂给水除氧器系统疏水管道焊接接头在运行过程中发生开裂的原因。研究结果表明,在交变载荷作用下,裂纹在疏水管焊接接头应力集中部位萌生并以疲劳方式扩展,焊接部位承受较大应力和焊接质量不佳是引发接头开裂的主要原因。

Abstract

The reasons leading to weld joint fracture of the deaerator water system pipe of a nuclear power plant during operation were analyzed by means of morphology analysis,hardness test,metallographic test,SEM and other detection means. The results show that the crack of weld joint of drain pipe is extended and propagation under the alternating load. The high stress and poor quality of welding are the main reasons for the fracture of the pipe weld joint.
