China Industry 4.0 guides to adopt industrial Internet technology,use the whole system framework of knowledge and information processing brought by the Internet to unite machines and industry,and promote the all-ground trend of industrial production.This paper proposes a new intelligent welding machine design idea that integrates RS422 bus,CAN bus,Wifi communication,and other technologies,so that the welding machine has the interface with Industry 4.0,has the ability of industrial manufacturing interconnection,and realizes the functions of data cloud management,mobile phone APP field control and data offline backup. The welding robot control,welding machine group control,mobile APP control,computer control,cloud data management and other functions are realized through the verification of practical technology.
