According to the present status and features of key components for nuclear power,such as piping prefabrication,valves to take over the butt welding,control rod drive mechanism Ω seal welding,electric heating element tube replacement in service,neptunium tank sealing welding and radioactive source assembly welding,put forward the solution for automatic welding of intelligence. With innovative thinking,new technology,new equipment to replace the traditional manual welding,improve product quality,reduce labor intensity. Part of the auto welding equipment also replaced the imported welding equipment,to upgrade the localization rate of the nuclear power to welding equipment,to help promote the competitiveness of the internationalization of nuclear power.
