    摘要

    介绍了电熔增材制造技术(Electrical Additive Manufacturing,简称EAM)近净成形的原理和技术特点,并基于电熔增材制造的材料EAM08CrMo(EAM表示该材料的制造方式为电熔增材),初步开展了电熔增材制造材料的性能特点研究,为电熔增材制造技术的应用提供了技术支撑。通过对EAM08CrMo化学成分、微观组织结构、宏观力学性能的检测和分析,验证了电熔增材制造材料具有宏观性能均匀,无厚度效应和方向性;通过检测、分析EAM08CrMo材料热老化处理前、后的微观组织、宏观力学性能变化,得出热老化处理对该材料材料组织和冲击韧性影响较小,强度小幅降低。

    Abstract

    This paper briefly introduces the principle of near net shape forming and technical characteristics of electrical additive manufacturing(EAM). A preliminary study on the properties and characteristics of EAM08CrMo that is manufactured by EAM is carried out,which provides technological support for the application of EAM. By testing and analyzing the chemical composition,micro-structure and macro-mechanical properties of EAM08CrMo,it is verified that the properties of material manufactured by EAM,the macro-properties are well-distributed,without thickness effect and directionality. By testing and analyzing the changes of micro-structure and macro-mechanical properties of EAM08CrMo before and after thermal aging treatment,it is concluded that the effect of thermal aging treatment on microstructure and impact toughness is little,but the strength has a slightly decrease.
