A monitoring system of welding equipment based on Internet of things（IOT）technology is proposed,which realizes the data acquisition and monitoring of welding equipment and remote control of welding equipment. This system framework takes Renesas MCU as the controller,IOT technology as the core,and cloud platform as the basis,realizes the data transmission and control between the welding equipment and the cloud platform,and improves the precision management of welding process. The experimental results show that this system is stable in operation,reliable in data transmission,and is suitable for various welding occasions.
