A CaO-CaF,2,-TiO,2, basic slag system was designed,ERNi Cr Mo-3 was selected as the welding core,to prepare nickel base electrode JWENiCrMo-3 suitable for Inconel625 alloy welding. The amount of alloy component in the coating was adjusted,optimizing the ratio of metal alloy elements,several Ni-Cr-Mo alloys with different alloy contents were obtained,the mechanical properties,crack resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance were studied.
