      摘要:690 nickel base alloy welding materials are wide ly used for the welds in nuclear power equipment nozzle safeend,J-type groove weld and corro sion resistant layer surfacing.At present,690 nickel base alloy welding materials used for nuclear island equipment manufacturing are basically dependent on im port.The mechanical properties of 690 nickel base alloy welding electrode for nuclear power equipment developed in China are evaluated by tensile test and compared with imported electrode.The results show that domestic 690 nickel base alloy welding electrode meets the AWS classification ENiCrFe-7,its mechani cal properties of weld metalreaches the level of imported Inconel 152 electrode.The tensile strength of the weld metal at room tem perature is higher than 650 MPa,and themetal yield and tensile strength at 350℃ exceed 340 MPa and 520 MPa respectively,and the welding electrode has good welding technology capability.

      摘要:Penetration control is an important development direction in the field of welding process control.Its key difficulty is to obtain the characteristic information of weld penetration state which is used to describe the penetration state of the weld.According to the problems of low robustness and poor real-time performance of traditional penetration detection methods,a laser photoelectric conversion method is proposed.This method can realize the real-time extraction of the oscillation frequency of the GTAW molten pool.Using the change feature of o scillation frequency of the molten pool from incomplete penetration to full penetration,a penetration control algorithm under step welding conditions is designed,and penetration control experiments are carried out on the workpieces with different heat emission conditions and different amount of weld offset.The results show that the measurement method can realize the real-time sensing of the oscillation frequency of the molten pool during the welding process,and the control algorithm has strong robustness to factors such as heat emission conditions and the amount of weld offset,and the control effect is good.The front and back sides have uniform melting width and good continuity.

      摘要:Resistance spot welding of 5052 Al alloy and DP600 automotive steel is realized by using a Ni interlayer.The interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties ofjoints are investigated by SEM and tensile-shear test.The results show that the Ni interlayer remains integral during the welding process and completely suppresses the interaction between Al alloy and steel base metal.Robust metallurgical bonding is achieved at the Al/Ni interlayer interface by forming Al3Ni intermetallic phase.Joining at the Ni interlayer/steel interface is realized by formation of Fe-Ni solid solution via solid state diffusion bonding.However,considerable amount of unbondedzoneexists.The bonding area improves by elevating the welding current.Bonding strength appreciably enhances as welding current increases.The maximum tensile-shear loading of 4.3 KN is obtained at welding current of 11 KA.

      摘要:Friction stir welding process is used to weld ZL102 aluminum alloy with the thickness of 15 mm.The formation of weld is observed and the microstructure and properties of the joints are analyzed.The results show that under this experimental condition,the weld is well formed at the rotating speed of 900 r/min andwelding speed of 50 mm/min.The microstructure grain in the nugget zone is finer than that in the base metal,which is fine equiaxed grain.The microhardness of welded joint asymmetrically distributes along the weld center,and the maximum microhardness is in the weld nugget zone on forward side deviating from the weld center.And the microhardnessin the plate thickness direction gradually declines,which means the hardness of shoulder function zone is maximum and that of bottom is minimum.

      摘要:In this paper,resistance brazing was used to conduct the lap test of 1060 aluminum plate and T2 copper plate,and the design was compounded.The electrode head and the process gasket with large impedance are used to achieve thermal compensation,which can realize the welding of copper and aluminum dissimilar materials at a lower current level,set different welding process parameters,and use real-time sensing technology to solder the resistance.The temperature,electrode voltage and electrode current signals of the dynamic process are collected in real time,and the range of the welding process parameters is initially determined based on the temperature,and then the dynamic resistance curve reflecting the welding process is obtained by calculating and processing the detection signal.The dynamic resistance of the welding process is studied.The experimental results show that the changes of welding current and welding time lead to different welding energy,and different dynamic resistance changes occur in the process of resistance brazing,and different welding joint quality characteristics are formed,wh ich provides the possibility for non-destructive evaluation of welding joint quality.

      摘要:Welding production is one of the most important technological means in the production of rail car bodies.Optimizing the car body production process,especially optimizing the compilation process of welding process documents,is an important way to improve the car body production efficiency and ensure the car body welding quality,and it is also an important research content of the car body welding process.During the production process of the rail vehicle body,the complex models and components and the different materials used will lead to the non-universality of rules,standards and knowledge.Multiple intelligent systems are often required to meet the needs of body production.This not only increases the development cost and workload,but also the switching of different systems will result in reduced work efficiency and poor interactivity.In response to the above problems,it is proposed to construct a variety of library operations,and to meet the production needs through the free switching and dynamic management of multiple libraries,reduce development costs,optimize user operability and improve actual production efficiency.

      摘要:Based on the theme of data acquisition system,this paper summarizes and sorts out the application of data acquisition system in the field of welding from five aspects:the principle and technology used in data acquisition system,the management of welding process parameters,remote fault diagnosis and release of process parameters,welding database and welding quality prediction expert system,lean workshop operation management. The future development of this technology is prospected. At present,the data acquisition system mainly relies on computer technology,network technology and all kinds of sensors. Through realtime acquisition,monitoring and recording of the relevant information in the welding process,the welding process can be traced back. The recorded data can be analyzed and stored to provide firsthand data for the establishment of welding database. The comparative analysis of welding process data and post welding inspection data can provide data support for the establishment of welding quality expert prediction system.The system can also realize the remote diagnosis of equipment running fault and the remote release of process parameters.This system is helpful to realize the lean management of the workshop. It can not only reduce the material loss and production cost,but also indirectly improve the welding quality.

      摘要:In order to solve the problems of arc whistling during arc welding after the arc striking of the inverter welding machine,the anti-biasing ability of the nanocrystalline magnetic core is analyzed,acomparative test is designed,and a new nanocrystalline strip composition is deployed to replace the original 1K107B material,and the transformer core made of the new composition strip has lower remanence and loss,and the anti-biasing ability of the nanocrystalline core is improved. The test results show that the transformer wound with this magnetic core will not enter the saturation zone when the magnetic bias continues to increase,which avoids deep saturation of the transformer and inverter failure,enhances the transformer’s ability to resist magnetic bias,greatly improvesthe reliability of the inverter welding machine and eliminates the arc whistling.

      摘要:With the continuous improvement of enterprise automation,the path planning of industrial robots is gradually getting more and more attention. The current path planning problem mainly relies on the work experience of the simulator,which is inefficient and the results are not necessarily optimal.In view of the current situation,the solder joint path is regarded as a classic TSP problem,and a calculation method using ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm is proposed to obtain a more reasonable welding path,and is applied to a practical project to verify its feasibility. This method reduces the complicated repetitive debugging path work of the previous simulation,and can provide a more effective solution for actual simulation work. It is planned to provide an efficiency impro-vement of about 5% for the welding time of actual project.

      摘要:Taking the automatic welding production of the butt joint of pipe cylinder for shipping as an example,the design ideas of the butt joint fully automatic welding equipment for pipe cylinder is introduced in detail,including the technical requirements,composition,characteristics,and electrical control system,etc. The working principle of the operating machine,special roller frame and electrical control system are emphatically analyzed. The service condition of the butt joint fully automatic welding equipment for pipe cylinder is also introduced briefly. Practice has proved that the butt joint fully automatic welding equipment for pipe cylinder designed is easy to operate,and has good welding quality and high degree of automation,also can completely meet the requirements of automatic welding of the butt joint fully automatic welding equipment for pipe cylinder. The design concept of this butt joint fully automatic welding equipment for pipe cylinder has certain reference for the design and application of butt joint automatic welding production line for cylinder.

      摘要:In the ACPR50S developed by China general nuclear power group,the Inconel 690 alloy was needed cladding on both side of martensitic stainless steel guide annular chamber for heat treatment exemption. In this paper,the technology of forward wire feeding process of TIG cladding was developed.In addition,the back wire feeding process of TIG cladding was optimized by welding simulation to solve weld crack problem.Ultimately the product is qualified.

      摘要:In order to solve the assembly gap problem in the process of friction stir welding for aluminum alloy of rail car body,this paper adopts the method of filling welding wire and welding pad in the gap to carry out friction stir welding of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy. It was found that the fracture posi-tion located at heat affect zone for the tensile specimens of both FSW joints. The filling of welding wire and welding sheet did not cause crack formation in weld nugget and further affect the mechanical properties. Moreover,increasing the welding speed was helpful to improve the tensile strength of FSW joints with adding welding wire and welding sheet. A high ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of 245 MPa was obtained in the FSW joint with adding welding sheet under an optimal parameter of 1200 r/min and 600 mm/min;while the UTS reduced to 235 MPa for FSW joint with adding welding wire. This study provides an efficient method to solve the assembly gaps in the FSW of long Al alloy welds.

      摘要:Laser welding was used to weld Ti-3Al-6Mo-2Fe-2Zr(wt.%) β titanium alloy to study the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and tensile properties of the joint. Since the cooling rate of laser welding can reach 553 K/s,which is much greater than the critical cooling rate for the transformation of β phase to other phases,the microstructure of the weld is composed of a single β phase with columnar crystals. In the near-heat-affected zone,both the primary α-phase and the secondary α-phase transform into β-phase,and theβ-phase grain size increases;in the far-heat-affected zone,the larger primary α-phase remains. After the 780 ℃/1 h/WQ heat treatment,α phase with the thickness of 150 ~350 nm and length of 1 ~3 μm is formed in the fusion zone. Both the strength and elongation-to-failure of the joints increase after the 780℃/1 h/WQ heat treatment. After the 780 ℃/1 h/WQ+500 ℃/6 h/FC heat treatment,α phase with the thickness of 30~40 nm and length of 150~300 nm is formed in the fusion zone. The strength of the joints is further improved with fracture in tensile deformation stage.

      摘要:The nuclear reactor pressure vessel(RPV)is the only non-replaceable core equipment in the nuclear power plant,which can withstand high temperature,high pressure and strong radiation. It has high design standards and specifications,difficult manufacturing process and strict quality control requirements.And the key welding technologies directly affect the quality and manufacturing schedule of the equipment,which is not only closely related to the economic benefits of nuclear power plant construction and operation,but also is the cornerstone of nuclear safety and even influences national security. In this article,by analyzing the characteristics of key welding technology and the typical quality problems of HPR1000 RPV,and by the research andoptimization and engineering practice of welding technology,the welding quality of HPR1000 RPV is significantly improved,meanwhile the time limit for a project is greatly shorten and the engineering cost is saved. This provides a valuable technical accumulation and engineering experience for subsequent manufacturing of HPR1000 RPV.

      摘要:The fuel solenoid valve is used to control the oil circuit of the fuel system. In the process of product repair,screw back teeth,thread broken buckle and screw thread slipping often appear,which affects the connection strength of the thread. For the material DT4 used for the fuel solenoid valve’s coil block,the method of laser cladding is used to repair the coil block. The welding strength is demonstrated before the repair,and the nondestructive test and performance inspection are conducted after the repair. The result shows that the method of laser cladding can repair the material DT4,the repaired product can meet the strength requirement. Welding directly on the original thread affects the welding quality. The original thread should be removed during repair to avoid cracks and apertures on the joint surface. Reducing laser power can reduce or eliminate the blow holes.

      摘要:When using GMAW(gas metal arc welding)to weld large gaps with permanent backing T-joint in the box-shaped beam-column structures,due to improper welding structure design,welding parameters and welding techniques and other reasons,a large number of incomplete fusion,solid inclusions,cracks and other defects appear in the root of weld.In this paper,welding tests are conducted with different welding parameters,the welding defects and microstructures are analyzed from the macroscopic metallographic phase and microscopic phase respectively,the causes of the defects are discussed and several proven effective preventive and treated measures are further proposed,which has certain guiding significance for the groove form design and welding technology of components and the processing of the welding backing.

      摘要:FPSO is a kind of off-shore engineering equipment,which is designed as vessel type integrating production,storage and off-loading. There are various kinds of mooring system for FPSO. AS the most sophisticated mooring system,BMIT(bottom mounted internal turret) will be integrated into FPSO,mainly through welding. The requirement is very strict for both welding and dimension,any weld defect or out-of-tolerance will cause negative effect to overall performance of FPSO. This text details the quality control methods of integration welds.

      摘要:The development of low temperature steel at home and abroad and the safety problems in its application are introduced. The difference between ductile fracture and brittle fracture,ductile and brittle transition and brittle fracture mechanism at low temperature are described. The key technologies for evaluating low temperature toughness of low temperature steel are reviewed from the aspects of process,micro-structure,mechanical method,EBSD analysis technology and small punch test. The problems needing attention in low temperature steel welding are also described. Finally,the future development trend of low temperature steel is prospected.

      摘要:Welding heat simulation technology is used to simulate the effects of different heat inputs of manual arc welding on the microstructure and performance of the coarse grain region of steel for railway freight cars in harsh environments. The test results show that the microstructures of coarse grained regions with different heat inputs are proeutectoid ferrite growing into the crystal along the g rain boundary,there are granular bainite,acicular ferrite and a little lath martensite in the crystal. The lower heat input,the more lath martensite and the finer the grain. The hardness of the test piece reduces as the heat input increases. All coarse grained regions of the thermal simulation test pieces with different welding heat inputs have good impact performance,especially the low temperature impact performance is excellent. Fine grain strengthening is a main reason that steel for railway freight cars in harsh environment has high strength and good toughness.

      摘要:Micro-resistance spot welding is widely applied to series-parallel connections of power 18650 lithium batteries,but the reliability of welding quality cannot be detected. In this paper,the micro-resistance spot welding quality of the nickel-plated steel sheet and 18650 battery shell is researched. By appropriate thermal excitation and high frame rate infrared thermal imager,the infrared thermal images are collected. The relationship between the thermal image change with time and the nugget is studied to judge the joint quality of 18650 battery micro-resistance spot welding. The results show that the microresistance spot welding joint with different qualities under the same thermal excitation,the faster the temperature of the welding spot position drops,the sooner the clear contour of the welding spot image appears,which means the better the bonding state of the welded joint,that is,the larger the nugget area will be.

      摘要:By changing the wire nitrogen content,nitro-gen treatment on room temperature and 350 ℃ high tempe-rature tensile strength in 308L submerged arc welding deposited metal is studied. The tensile properties of deposited metals with different nitrogen contents were tested. The results showed that,the nitrogen content of deposited metal was within the range of 0.046%~0.096%,the room temperature strength of deposited metal increased with the increase of nitrogen content. The room temperature strength of the deposited metal was significantly improved when the nitrogen content increased from 0.046% to 0.077%,the room temperature strength of the deposited metal was no significant changed when the nitrogen content increased from 0.077% to 0.096%. The 350 ℃ high temperature strength of the deposited metal linearly increased with the increase of nitrogen content,but 350 ℃ high temperature elongation and reduction of area was no significant change with the increase of nitrogen content. The problem of low 350 ℃ high temperature tensile strength of submerged arc welding deposited metal was solved by improving the nitrogen content in the 308L wire.       摘要:Based on the new talent training objectives under the new welding engineering mode, in this paper,by studying the characteristics of the new direction and new module of welding robot course,the teaching contentis updated,the course system isreconstructed,and the project-oriented task-driven new engineering teaching system of "theoretical-virtual-real" integration isestablished,and the theoretical learning,virtual simulation and practical operation are mutually promoted and integrated to truly achieve doing by learning and learning by doing,so as to improve students’ practical operation ability and innovation ability,and realize the goal of cultivating diversified and innovative outstanding engineering talents.
