摘要

以13MnNiMoR钢为研究对象，分别采用H08Mn2MoA+SJ101、H09MnNiMoG+SJ16G焊材进行多层多道焊，分析了模拟封头热成形、恢复性能热处理及Max.PWHT、Min.PWHT后的金相组织，并进行了拉伸及-20 ℃下的冲击韧性试验。结果表明，采用H09MnNiMoG焊丝匹配SJ16G焊剂焊接的试件，焊缝区化学成分Mn、Ni、Mo等元素更高，焊缝区组织为索氏体+少量铁素体且晶粒细小，室温及高温拉伸性能更优。

Abstract

Taking 13MnNiMoR steel as the research object, two test coupons were welded respectively with H08Mn2MoA+SJ101 and H09MnNiMoG+SJ16G welding materials. Properties such as microstructure, tensile test, impact tests at -20℃ of two test coupons were analyzed after simulating head hot forming, recovery performance heat treatment, Max.PWHT and Min.PWHT. The results show that H09MnNiMoG wire with SJ16G flux have higher chemical composition of Mn, Ni, Mo in the weld metal, the structure of the weld zone is sostenite and a little amount of ferrite with fine grain, and the tensile properties are better at room temperature and high temperature.
