Design and Realization of Intelligent Welding Test Workstation for Tube Base of Boiler Header
The header is an important part of the power station boiler system. In order to solve the problems of numerous materials and different sizes of the header, 3D vision technology is adopted to realize the automatic welding of the header by positioning the bead and combining the size parameters of the pipe socket groove, so as to improve the efficiency and welding quality of the boiler header pipe socket welding test. Based on this, an intelligent welding test workstation is developed for the header pipe seat, and a process expert software is developed including 3D graphical interface display, process intelligent planning and other functional modules, and the welding of the header dense pipe joint is completed. The practical application shows that the welding workstation has a high degree of intelligence and the welding quality meets the process requirements.
