承压设备在设计和制造过程中,由于结构的特殊性和现场施焊条件的影响,对接焊缝会出现错边、不等厚单面削边、厚壁内表面双侧削边等特殊结构,在相控阵超声检测中会出现明显回波,易被误判为缺陷,从而影响检测的准确性。针对这三类特殊焊缝结构进行了相控阵CIVA仿真,重点研究声场覆盖和检测工艺,并进行了现场检测应用,总结了三类特殊焊缝结构的波形特点。结果表明,三类特殊焊缝结构在相控阵检测中会产生明显结构回波,现场检测需结合焊缝宏观检查结果与焊缝坡口尺寸图纸进行综合判断,排除结构回波干扰,实现相控阵检测不漏检、不误判。本研究为现场快速判断提供了技术支撑,对承压设备的无损检测具有一定的参考价值。
In the process of design and manufacturing of pressure equipment, due to the particularity of structure and the influence of on-site welding conditions, butt welds will have special structures such as staggered edge, unequal thickness single side trimming, thick wall inner surface double side trimming and so on. The phased array CIVA simulation is carried out for these three kinds of special weld structures, focusing on the sound field coverage and detection technology, and the field detection application is carried out, and the waveform characteristics of the three kinds of special weld structures are summarized. The results show that the three types of special weld structures will produce obvious structural echo in phased array detection. The on-site detection needs to make a comprehensive judgment in combination with the macro inspection results of the weld and the weld groove size drawing, eliminate the interference of structural echo, and realize no omission and misjudgment in phased array detection.This study provides technical support for quick judgment on site,and has certain reference value for nondestructive testing of pressure equipment.
