提出一种基于光电检测来测量手动焊接速度的方法,结合焊接电压和电流,实现了手动焊接过程中焊接线能量的在线检测。该方法适用于各种位置及各种手动明弧焊接方法的焊接线能量在线检测。重点设计了一种弧光捕捉机构及组合方式,将手动焊接过程中电弧的移动速度转化为脉冲信号,利用控制器计算焊接速度。搭建以STM32单片机为控制核心的测试平台,完成焊接线能量数字化检测、显示及数据管理。试验表明,该方法实时性好、数据波动范围较小,提高了焊接线能量的检测精度。
A method based on photoelectric detection has been proposed to measure manual welding speed, coupled with welding voltage and current, the online datection of welding heat input during manual welding process is realized. This method is applied to the online detection of welding heat input in various positions and various manual open arc welding methods. A kind of arc capture mechanism and combination method is designed to convert the moving speed of arc light into pulse signal and calculate the welding speed by controller. A test platform based on STM32 is built to complete digital detection, display and data management of welding heat input. The experiment shows that the method is good at real time and the data fluctuation range is small, so that the detection precision of welding heat input is improved.
