摘要

厨房用刀剪的制备一般采用传统的冲压、锻造、热处理相结合的方法进行生产，受传统不锈钢材料性能的限制，刀剪刃口部位的性能受到约束。利用激光加工技术在刀剪领域制备高性能刀刃涂层的应用十分少见。详细阐述刀剪传统制备方法和现有的激光制备技术：国内外刀剪加工技术的发展现状；从材料、热处理、制备工艺和技术创新四个方面介绍国内刀剪发展的瓶颈；结合目前激光技术的发展现状，几种助力高端刀剪制备和智能化生产的激光加工技术；针对刀剪行业未来智能化生产线的建立提出一些可行性建议。以期为高端刀剪行业的快速发展和激光加工技术的产业化提供参考依据。

Abstract

The preparation of kitchen knives and scissors is generally produced by the combination of traditional stamping, forging and heat treatment. Due to the limitations of traditional stainless steel materials, the performance of the knife and scissors blade is constrained. It is very rare to use laser processing technology to prepare high-performance blade coatings in the field of cutting tools. This paper describes in detail the traditional preparation methods of cutting tools and the existing laser preparation technology, in order to provide a reference for the rapid development of high-end cutting tool industry and the industrialization of laser processing technology. Firstly, the development status of cutting technology at home and abroad is introduced. Secondly, the bottleneck of domestic knife shear development is introduced from four aspects: materials, heat treatment, preparation process and technological innovation. Thirdly, combined with the current development of laser technology, several laser processing technologies that help the preparation and intelligent production of high-end cutting tools are introduced. Finally, some feasible suggestions are put forward for the establishment of future intelligent production line in the knife and shear industry.
