2021年以来，“十四五”规划中再次提及绿色制造的发展理念，推进绿色低碳已经成为当今社会的最强音。焊接作为现代制造业的关键环节，污染十分严重，努力构建高效、清洁、低碳、循环的绿色制造体系是大势所趋。药芯钎料作为重要的钎焊材料之一，具有综合性能较好、成本低、钎焊流动性好、节能减排、对环境污染程度很低等优点，可用于各类异种合金的连接，被广泛应用于制冷、机械、电子等制造领域，受到国内外诸多关注。针对近年来广受关注的几类药芯钎料展开讨论，阐述了国内外针对该钎料的研究进展，并讨论工艺参数对接头组织与性能的影响，对当前药芯钎料在制备与钎焊过程中存在的问题和难点进行梳理，并展望了未来的发展方向。
Since 2021, the development concept of green manufacturing has been mentioned again in the 14th Five-Year Plan, and promoting green and low-carbon has become the strongest voice in today's society. Welding as a key link in the modern manufacturing industry, its pollution is very serious. Therefore, it is the general trend of striving to build an efficient, clean, low-carbon and circular green manufacturing system. As one of the most important brazing materials, the flux-cored brazing filler metal has the advantages of good comprehensive performance, low cost, good brazing fluidity, energy conservation and emission reduction, and a low degree of environmental pollution. It can be used for joining various dissimilar alloys and is widely used in refrigeration, machinery, electronics and other manufacturing fields, and has received a lot of attention at home and abroad. The several types of flux-cored brazing filler metals that have received widespread attention in recent years are discussed, and their research progress at home and abroad are elaborated, and the influence of the welding parameters on the microstructure and properties of the joints are also discussed. Finally the problems and difficulties in the preparation and brazing process of the current flux-cored brazing filler metals are sorted out, and the prospect of future development is put forward.
