金刚石工具因其优异的高硬、耐磨等特性，被广泛应用于加工制造业。介绍了金刚石工具的优良性能、应用领域、金刚石工具的分类及制备方法，分析和对比了不同制备方法的优缺点。重点介绍金刚石工具的钎焊、扩散焊制备方法，从焊接工艺、焊接设备、焊接材料等方面概述了国内外金刚石工具的钎焊、扩散焊的研究进展，总结扩散焊、钎焊技术提高金刚石工具性能的机理，分析当前金刚石工具焊接存在的问题，并展望了金刚石工具钎焊、扩散焊技术未来的发展方向。
Diamond tools are widely used in manufacturing industry because of their excellent properties of high hardness and good wear resistance. In this paper, the excellent properties, application fields, classification and manufacture methods of diamond tools are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods were analyzed and compared. The brazing and diffusion bonding method of diamond tools are introduced emphatically. The overseas and domestic research status of brazed and diffusion bonded diamond tools are summarized in terms of joining technologies, equipment and filler materials. The mechanism of improving joined diamond tool’s performance is summarized. The existing problems of welded diamond tools are analyzed, and the development direction of brazed and diffusion bonded diamond tools in the future is prospected.
