摘要

30CrMnSi钢采用激光自熔焊接时产生裂纹的几率较高，且焊缝正面易出现下塌现象，无法满足生产使用要求。以5 mm厚30CrMnSi为研究对象，通过接头形貌分析、射线探伤检测及力学性能检验，进行了激光-电弧复合焊接工艺开发。结果表明，采用激光-电弧复合焊接方法且激光在前、电弧在后时可实现该型号材料的单面焊接双面成形，焊缝成形均匀美观；在Y型坡口、坡口角度60°、钝边3 mm的坡口条件下，采用激光功率3 000 W、焊接电流90 A可有效避免焊缝内部特别是搭接处产生裂纹；接头平均抗拉强度为1 106 MPa，达到母材的90%；接头过热区组织以晶粒粗大的马氏体为主，是热影响区硬度大幅提高的主要原因。

Abstract

When 30CrMnSi steel is welded by laser self-fusing welding, the probability of crack is still high, and the front side of the weld is prone to collapse under the phenomnon, can not meat the requirements of production use. Results indicate the laser-arc hybrid welding method can realize the single face welding and double face forming of this alloy, and the welding seam is uniform and elegant. When the laser power is 3 000 W and the welding current is 90 A, the internal crack, especially the crack in the lap joint, can be effectively avoided with 3 mm root face. The average tensile strength of the joint is 1 106 MPa, which is 90% of the base metal. The microstructure in the overheated zone of the joint is mainly composed of the coarse martensite, which is the main reason for the increase of hardness.
