Study on thermoforming technology of ERNiCrMo-3 nickel-based alloy welding wire
For the phenomenon that nickel-based alloy welding wire are quite different from imported products in terms of composition control, process manufacturing stability,appearance and forming quality. Through the optimization of composition design of ERNiCrMo-3 nickel-based alloy welding wire, VIM+ESR(VIM+VAR) duplex metallurgy, forging + hot rolling thermoforming technology and adjustment of annealing treatment process, the finished wire products had a higher purity and uniformity. Meanwhile, SEM, EDS, microhardness and other microstructure characterization methods were used to analyze the chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of the finished wire products in detail.The results show that all indexes of finished wire products reach the domestic and overseas standards. The duplex metallurgical technology and annealing technology in this paper provide technical guidance for the industrial production of nickel-based alloy welding wires, and are suitable for production and application of other special alloy welding materials.
