摘要

本文针对海洋平台运维工程管线设计一条数字化预制自动焊接生产线,依据制造工艺设置不同的工位和物流措施,达到流水线作业模式,通过自动化、数字化控制系统,对原料制备、组对、上料、焊接、下料等一系列工艺过程管理和控制,通过控制系统实时收集现场设备的工作状态、焊接过程数据,并通过总线方式上传到中控系统,以数字化信息显示过程状态;通过与MES系统接口,实现了对生产线及生产过程的集中监控。

Abstract

A digital prefabrication automatic welding production line is designed for the offshore platform operation and maintenance engineering pipeline. According to the manufacturing process, different work stations and logistics measures are set to achieve the assembly line operation mode.Through automatic and digital control system, a series of process are managed and controlled, such as raw material preparation,group alignment, feeding, welding and blanking, and the working state of field equipment and welding process data are collected in real time and are uploaded to the central control system by the bus mode, the process status are displayed with digital information. Through the interface with the MES system,the centralized monitoring of production line and production process is realized.
