摘要

燃煤电站锅炉吊挂管为小批量焊接结构,涉及材质种类多、结构复杂。焊接特点为:存在焊接变形,焊接材料为合金耐热钢和不锈钢,异种钢焊接。吊挂管原焊接方法为焊条电弧焊,焊接效率低、质量稳定性差、工人劳动强度高。吊挂管自动化焊接生产线实现了电站锅炉产品中角板两侧对称的吊挂管自动化焊接,包括上料、点焊、焊接、下料、转运等全流程。经过试验,该生产线焊接的焊缝成型均匀一致,满足标准要求,焊接合格率超过99%,目前该设备已经在1000 MW超超临界锅炉、600 MW超超临界锅炉等国内外诸多燃煤电站锅炉项目中大范围应用。

Abstract

The hanging tube of coal-fired power station boiler is a small batch welding structure, which involves many kinds of materials and complex structure. The characteristics of hanging tube welding are: there is welding deformation, welding materials are heat-resistant steel and stainless steel, and it is dissimilar steel welding. The welding method of hanging tube is manual metal arc welding, which has low welding efficiency, poor stability of welding quality and high labor intensity of workers.The automatic welding production line for hanging tube realizes the automatic welding of hanging tube with symmetrical angle plates on both sides in the power plant boiler products. Based on the test, the uniform weld formation obtained in this production line can meet the standard requirements, and the welding qualification rate is more than 99%. At present, the equipment has been widely used in production practice.
