Research and development of butt welding technology for 690 nickel base alloy heat exchange tube
Taking the welding technology research and development of nickel base alloy heat exchange tube(SB-163 N06690,size φ19 mm ×2.5 mm) as an example,the develop-ment process of this welding technology is comprehensively introdu-ced,including the selection of welding equipment suitable for actual working conditions,design,test and optim-ization of welding groove,development of welding parameters,necessary tooling design,inspection and destructive test of welded joints. Through the technology development,the high quality welded joints are effectively obtained,the indexes are verified to meet the use requirements,and a lot of engineering manufacturing costs are saved. It is hoped that this welding technology can be popularized and applied in similar welding joints.
