摘要

对采用钨极氩弧焊方法(GTAW)获得的ERNiCrMo-3焊丝熔敷金属进行微观组织表征及力学性能测试。结果表明,熔敷金属微观组织由粗大的柱状晶组成,不同柱状晶内分布树枝晶、等轴晶等亚晶,枝晶间析出Laves相、NbC/TiN和针状δ相;在熔敷金属厚度方向上,硬度从底部到顶部呈现逐渐减小的趋势。熔敷金属中多种析出相未对冲击及拉伸性能产生不利影响。

Abstract

The multi-pass welding within the groove butt of ERNiCrMo-3 was operated by the gas tungsten arc welding（GTAW）,and the deposited metal was obtained for microstru-cture observation and mechanical properties analysis. The microstructure of deposited metal is dominated by dendrite crystals. The precipitates which are Laves phase,NbC/TiN and δphase are mainly located in the interdendritic core. From the bottom to the top in the deposition direction,the hardness gradually decreases. Various precipitates in the deposited metal have no adverse effect on impact and tensile properties.
