Hunan Bright Seika Technology Co.,Ltd. 针对板厚17.6 mm的6063-T5铝合金翅片散热器型材进行了搅拌摩擦焊接。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察接头组织结构和拉伸断口,并测试接头拉伸性能。结果表明:造成焊缝表层层状撕裂缺陷的原因是氧化物聚集分布所致,氧化物层的化学成分主要为Al2O3、MgO;通过180℃×10 h焊后时效处理,接头的抗拉强度为170 MPa,为母材的106%,拉伸断裂位置在接头前进侧热影响区,拉伸断裂方式为韧性断裂。 6063-T5 aluminum alloy finned radiator products with a thickness of 17.6 mm were successfully fabricated by friction stir welding. Optical microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to analysis the microstructures and fracture of the joint, and the tensile properties were tested. The results show that the lamellar tearing defects in the surface of the weld is caused by the oxide aggregation distribution. The chemical composition of the oxide layer is mainly Al2 O3 and Mg O.
