The new production mode has created numerous business miracles in the development of world-famous enterprises,but in the petroleum drilling rig industry based on heavy steel structure riveting and welding processing,this production method is still in the initial stage of exploration. Based on the current situation of drilling rig production in X company,the sustainable improvement points of drilling rig production is analyzed by combining with modern advanced manufacturing mode,and a specific implementation plan is made by applying lean principle and improvement method.
