Research on intergranular corrosion susceptibility of Super304H austenitic stainless steel
Aiming at the intergranular corrosion of base metal and welded joint of Super304H steel pipe during high temperature operation, the intergranular corrosion sensitivity of base metal and welded joint of Super304H steel pipe was systematically studied by welding test, intergranular corrosion test,metallographic examination and other detection means.The results show that the intergranular corrosion susceptibility of Super304H steel pipe decreases when the C content reduces and the Nb/C ratio increases,and intergranular corrosion susceptibility of welded joint increases as the heat input and interpass temperature increase.
