摘要

针对高强度贝氏体钢,对比研究了单层单道和两层两道激光-电弧复合焊对焊接接头组织和硬度、拉伸、冲击等力学性能的影响。结果表明:两种工艺下所得到的接头焊缝区组织存在明显差异,而热影响区组织未见明显不同;两种工艺下的接头全厚度试样和分层试样的抗拉强度接近,而单道焊接头全厚度试样塑性较差;两种工艺下焊缝区和焊接热影响区的冲击吸收功均低于母材,且单道焊焊缝的不同区域的韧性存在较为明显的差异。
