Q345NQR2耐候钢薄板CMT焊接变形分析 CMT welding deformation analysis of Q345NQR2 weathering steel sheet 刘文杰 LIU Wenjie 1 first-author 邢彦锋 XING Yanfen 1 上海工程技术大学机械与汽车工程学院 上海工程技术大学机械与汽车工程学院 School of Mechincal and Automotive Engineering,Shanghai University of Engineering Science School of Mechincal and Automotive Engineering,Shanghai University of Engineering Science 设计了18组正交实验,对板厚为3.0 mm、2.5 mm的Q345NQR2耐候钢板件分别进行CMT缝焊。通过三维扫描仪分别对18组焊接实验8个典型位置进行测量,得到各点的变形数据。分析各个点的绝对变形量,得到焊接形变最大的点为收弧点处的5号点。分析夹持与释放状态的板件形变量,得出夹持与释放的变形规律;采用送丝速度7.0 m/min、焊接速度0.42 m/min、焊接间隙1.5mm、送气速度20 L/min、弧长修正-30%焊接板件对其变形量进行分析,得到板件的空间变形规律。3.0 mm厚的板件收缩量变化趋势明显,2.5 mm板件较薄其焊接收缩趋势不太明显。 18 groups of orthogonal experiments were designed for CMT seam welding of 3.0 mm and 2.5 mm thick Q345NQR2 weathering steel sheets. Eight typical positions of 18 groups of welding experiments were measured by 3D scanner,and the absolute deformation of each point was analyzed,and the optimal welding point with the largest deformation was point 5 at the end of the welding. The deformation of plate in clamping and releasing state is analyzed and the deformation law of clamping and releasing is obtained. The deformation of the plate was analyzed with the parameters of feeding speed of 7.0 m/min,welding speed of 0.42 m/min,welding gap of 1.5 mm,air supply speed of 20 L/min and arc length modified of-30%. The spatial deformation rule of the plate was obtained,which provides important reference for welding deformation control.
