摘要

采用带极埋弧堆焊工艺在16Mn管板表面堆焊Inconel625,并通过宏观检测、渗透检测、金相组织分析、显微硬度检测及耐蚀性能检测等方法来检验接头的焊接质量。通过焊接工艺评定,选择合适的焊接参数,制定合理的焊接工艺方案,以确保产品质量满足设计及使用要求。

Abstract

The submerged arc surfacing with band-electrode technology is used to surfacing Inconel 625 on the 16 Mn tube sheet. And then the macroscopic testing, permeation testing,metallographic structure analysis,HV-hardness testing and corrosion resistance testing are used to test the quality of welded joints. By welding procedure qualification,suitable welding parameters are chose and formulated to ensure the welding quality to meet the requirements of design and use.
