A new kind of railway vehicles aluminum alloy corbel structure was designed companied with the advantages and characreristics of FSW technology used for aluminum alloy welding,The detailed MIG welding combined with FSW welding technique shceme was designed according the structure feature and manufacture precision accuracy and then the manufacture structure was designed to prevent the deformation.The results showed that the MIG welding technology could be used under the pre-assembly and the FSW welding technology could be used under the outer straight welded joints. The combined technology both improve the environment and quality.
