摘要:The selection principle and engineering application of X80 pipeline steel welding consumables were reviewed.The results show that the selection of welding consumables can follow the principle of " microstructure type matching ",that is,to make the microstructure of the weld close to that of the base metal as far as possible,to ensure the best mechanical properties and weldability of the joint.There are two types of steel welding consumables(covered electrodes and welding wires),and the five combined welding processes have their own characteristics.The STT and RMD processes are advanced low hydrogen root welding techniques; the low temperature toughness stability of self-shielded flux cored wire welds needs to be strictly controlled.X80 steel pipes with different diameters and wall thicknesses have been successfully applied in different engineering by using matched welding consumables and reasonable processes.High quality,high efficiency and automation are the main goals and directions pursued by engineering construction.

摘要:With the national strategy of "Substituting aluminum for copper" in industry is proposed,aluminum/copper joining has become a hotspot in the field of welding. The current research situation of aluminum/copper fusion brazing technology at home and abroad are summarized,the existing problems of this technology are expound,and the aspects still need to be improved and the problems need to be solved in the future research are put forward. Based on above research,the basic scientific problems such as the aluminum/copper fusion welding technology are deeply understood and further clarified,which can provide reliable technical support and scientific theoretical support for industrial application.
摘要:In order to apply the gas metal arc welding(GMAW) with high current to industrial production,an alternating magnetron power supply is developed,which acts on the excitation coil coaxial with the welding torch and generates a vertical alternating magnetic field,so that the rotating spray transfer with high current could be controlled to increase welding efficiency. The power supply uses 16-bit 80C196 KC MCU as the main control chip and the main circuit adopts double inverter structure. The primary inverter has a half-bridge inverter structure to realize constant current output and the secondary inverter controls output square wave AC frequency and duty ratio. The magnetron power supply with a digital human-machine interface has protection functions such as overheating,overcurrent,overvoltage and undervoltage to ensure the reliability of the power supply. The results indicates that the developed magnetron power supply could produce alternating current with adjustable excitation current,frequency and duty cycle,which acts on the excitation coil to control the unstable rotating spray transfer.

摘要:The welding test of CSP hot rolled DP600 is carried out with resistance spot welding,relatively good welding parameters are obtained,and the cross tensile force,microstructure and microhardness of the welding spot are studied. The results show that adopting single phase AC spot welding technology, welding current is between 8.9 kA and 12.2 kA, the microstructure of weld is mainly lath martensite. The diameter and cross tensile force of welding spot firstly increase and then decrease as the welding current increase.The microhardness of the weld metal zone of the welded joint is the highest,and it decreases as the welding heat input increases.There was no obvious hardening or softening phenomenon in the heat affected zone.

摘要:The faults of wire feed system account for over 70% of the total faults of welding robot. It is the main cause of welding defects such as undercut,slag inclusion,partial welding,large granular spatter and burn through,which seriously restricts the production efficiency and cost of company. The fault locations of wire feed system are summarized as "4 sections and 1 wire",namely welding gun section,gun cable section,wire feeder section,external wire feed pipe section and welding wire section. By means of eliminating method,the fault of wire feed system is accurately located. Based on the wear condition of welding consumables,the aging condition of parts and the quality condition of accessories,the causes of wire feed system faults are analyzed step by step and the corresponding solutions are proposed,which provides useful reference for the high efficient application of welding robot.

摘要:Based on pre-processing software and post-processing software,the numerical simulation and experimental comparison of the temperature field of the three arc welding processes of thick copper plates are carried out. First use the pre-processing software to perform modeling and meshing,and then use the post-processing software to complete the welding simulation process. This study mainly uses postprocessing software to adjust welding current,arc voltage,distance between welding guns,welding speed,wire feeding speed and other process parameters to simulate the welding temperature field of thick copper plate under multiple sets of process parameters. Then,the welding temperature field nephogram of different welding parameters is compared and analyzed,in order to obtain the best welding parameters(Welding distance of 16 mm,welding current 300 A,TIG welding gun voltage is 16 V,MIG welding gun voltage is 20 V,MIG welding torch wire speed of 10 mm/s). The simulation results are as follows: the melting distance of MIG welding torch is 6.4 mm,the penetration depth is 4.8 mm,the length of molten pool is 12.6 mm.

摘要:The features and process of three kinds of IGBT structures such as Punch Through, Non Punch Through and Field Stop are discussed in this paper. The effect of different structures on the parameters is also talked. Some principles such as punch through and transparent collector are clarified. The latest trench field stop structure and development trend are presented. The calculation method to define the current rating of IGBT ICis analyzed based on the maximum die junction temperature and thermal resistance. The total procedure to select the key parameters of IGBT in welding machine is given. The dynamic current imbalance between positive and negative thermal coefficient during the switching process is discussed and the solution is also given in the end.

摘要:The FAB-SAW test with different filling materials and big gap is carried out on two kinds of DH36 ship steel plates with same composition and different thicknesses,and the mechanical properties and microstructure characteristics of welded joints are analyzed. The results show that adopting FAB-SAW as backing welding and SAW for filling and covering, the tensile strength,bending property,hardness value, impact toughness and other properties of welded joints can meet the standard requirements; The weakest impact toughness of the entire joint is at the center of the weld, and the multi-layer and multi-pass welding is adopted for the surface weld center,so the impact value of the surface weld center is higher than that of the welding root. The broken welding wire and iron powder compositions of filling materials are different,but they have little effect on the impact value of root weld center. The base metal is manufactured by TMCP technology and designed with low carbon content,so the coarsening of the microstructure of the heat affected zone is not obvious and the impact toughness is good.
摘要:Pentium FAN PROTONI spot welding machine made in Austria is a common equipment in the maintain of automobile body parts in the national vocational college skills competition. However,once functional fault occurs in use,the machine needs to be sent to Austria for maintenance,which brings great inconvenience to the competition. Through plenty of practical analysis and research,the basic structure and working principle of this machine are mastered,and three kinds of fault phenomenon are analyzed,which are selfinspection display NO RUN and welding spot without nugget,self-inspection RUN and welding spot without nugget,three-phase air switch trip after boot,the corresponding maintenance methods and specification operating requirements are summarized,which saves time and money.
摘要:As the traditional inverter welding power source can only apply to one or two types of AC voltage input,a wide voltage input welding power source based on BUCK circuit is designed,which can apply to the input voltage of AC 190 V~ AC440 V,and the rated output voltage is obtained by rectifying filtering. The experimental results show that the designed BUCK circuit can realize wide voltage input through voltage feedback adjustment,and the welding output is stable. It avoids the problems of machine damage caused by the traditional "double voltage" or misjudgment when multi-voltage input realized by switching main transformer tap mode,which improves the stability of the welding machine.

摘要:According to the structural characteristics and welding requirements of a freight wheel hub-assembly,a Cartesian coordinates automatic spot-welding robotics is designed. It expounds the design,optimization and application of the sensor control system of automatic spot-welding robotics. The repetitive positioning accuracy of spot-welding robotics is verified by field process experiment and industrial experiment. The welding parameters of automatic spot-welding of wheel hub-disk are explored,which provides a reference method for automatic welding of freight wheel hub-assembly.
摘要:The experiment of laser deposition GH4169 powder on the QAL10-4-4 aluminum bronze is investigated. The tensile strength of the deposited sample is tested,the formation and microstructure of the deposited joints are analyzed by optical microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the appearance of laser deposited joint on the bronze/steel dissimilar materials is favorable,there is no cracks and blowholes in the conjunction of the joint interfaces. The tensile strength of joint can reach 665 MPa. The sample breaks in the heat affected zone near the copper side. The interface of laser deposition sample is metallurgical combination form. The microstructure of interface is mainly nickel-rich γ′-phase, nickel-rich γ′′-phase,iron-rich α-phase,iron-rich γ-phase and copper-rich ε-phase solid solution. The optimum welding parameters is that the laser deposition powder of GH4169,laser power of 1 200 W,scanning speed of 0.009 m/s,powder feeder reading of low%,load powder gas of 400 L/h,lap rate of 40%,spot diameter of 2 mm and the height of single deposited layer of 0.3 mm.

摘要:With the rapid development of modern computer technology,the additive manufacturing(AM)technology which is different from traditional manufacturing processes has been widely used in many industrial fields,which has gradually become the typical representative of intelligent manufacturing technology. Among those AM technologies,the metal wire additive manufacturing(MWAM)has gradually become the focus of AM research worldwide due to its advantages of high deposition rate,low cost and high material utilization rate. This paper introduces the classification,the application range,the advantages and disadvantages of MWAM as well as its current research state. The study focused on the current development and application of MWAM technology,and then the future research goals and trends are also discussed.
摘要:IIn order to reveal the problems in welded joint of heat resistant steel, cold cracks and reheat cracks in 2.25Cr-1.6W steel are selected as the objects. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electronic backscattered diffraction(EBSD) are used to study the effect of texture on the cold cracks and the effect of crystal boundary misorentation on the reheat cracks. The results show that the columnar crystals with different crystal orientation generate larger strain concentration,which led to the big angle shift of the main crack extension. In addition,phase transformation texture, namely microstructure,has a large effect on the concrete extension paths of the cold cracks. For reheat cracks,cavities and microcracks preferentially form at high-angle crystal boundaries. The proportion of high-angle crystal boundary rises with the increase of the plastic deformation caused by both temperature gradient and stress in the coarse grain heat affected zone,which are good for the nucleation and extension of reheat cracks.
摘要:The 2219 aluminum alloy is widely used in the carrier rocket propellant storage tank,but the sensitivity of its gas pore is strong.Friction stir welding is a solid-phase joining technology,which can not only reduce the gas pore sensitivity of 2219 aluminum alloy,but also improve the strength coefficient of welded joint. It is a suitable welding technology for 2219 aluminum alloy. The mechanical properties and fractures of 2219 aluminum alloy base metal and FSW joints at-183 °C and-120 °C are analyzed and compared with those at room temperature. The results show that the mechanical properties of 2219 aluminum alloy base material and FSW joint at low temperature are better than those at room temperature.

摘要:Aimed at key links of tank production process-welding,researched laser cleaning technology before welding,reduced the remainder by surface treatment before welding;researched nearly closed sanding technology for welding at the same time,improved the suction effect of welding leakage sanding,reduced remainder residue. The results show that:there are no aluminum dust and other dust in the laser cleaning process before welding,when the cleaning speed is at 400~600 mm/min,the weld appearance and internal quality is good,and The tensile strength is consistent with the weld joints by manual scraping;nearly closed sanding technology after welding,effectively suck the remainder from welding leakage sanding,no remainder visible to human eye after sanding.
摘要:After analyzing the factors which affect the technology of single electric three-wire submerged arc welding,and comparison of physical and chemical properties of weld metal with single wire and double wire submerged arc welding and its weldability test,it is found that the physical and chemical properties of weld metal by single electric three-wire submerged arc welding meet the requirements of ASME BPVC. Ⅷ.2. Meanwhile,when the total heat input is constant,the addition of cold wire can reduce the heat which transferred to the base metal,improve the microstructure and properties of the welded joint,enhance the welding deposition rate. The technology of single electric three-wire submerged arc welding can be widely applied to welding parts such as support boss and big triangle weld of skirt in the hydrogenation reactor.

摘要:The electron beam welding process was used to weld the dissimilar metals of 7075 aluminum alloy and TC4 titanium alloy.The morphological characteristics,formation reasons and control measures of welding defects were studied. The results show that defects such as pores,cracks and shrinkage cavities occur in the electron beam welding head of dissimilar metals in aluminum alloy and titanium alloy. Adjusting the welding process parameters and changing the relative energy distribution of the beam spot on the dissimilar base material can eliminate defects such as pores and cracks. At the same time,the metal cooling time of the weld metal is prolonged,so that the liquid molten pool can replenish the pores generated during the solidification process,and the surface focus is used to reduce the volume of the molten pool,and the shrinkage cavity in the weld seam is improved. The best welding parameters are: working distance 272 mm,electron beam current 18 mA,welding speed 20 mm/s,focusing current 415 mA. The test provides a reference for improving the quality of aluminum alloy titanium alloy dissimilar metal electron beam welded joints.

摘要:The finite element method is used to simulate the selective laser melting residual stress field of Al Si10 Mg powder. The finite element heat transfer model is established,and the laser heat source is regarded as a three-dimensional Gaussian heat source to realize the moving load on the powder bed. Considering the characteristic of the thermophysical parameters and laser energy absorption rate varying with temperature from the two types of material element properties of powder state and solid state. The indirect thermal-stress coupling analysis is carried out and the influence of laser power,scanning speed and preheating temperature of the substrate on the residual stress field is studied. The results show that the maximum residual stress appears in the contact position between base plate and powder bed,and the y-direction residual stress(parallel scanning direction)is larger than the x-direction residual stress(vertical scanning direction);the Von Mises equivalent stress and the y-direction residual stress gradually increase as the laser power rise,but they gradually decrease as the scanning speed and the preheating temperature of base plate improve.
摘要:Spot welding is increasingly used in industrial production. As the main carrier of spot welding, the welding tongs structure and welding stability are very important for welding quality. Three ARO servo guns have been analyzed by finite element. In order to to meet the 6.5 kN welding pressure requirement of new production line,structures of gun have been optimized based on simulation.At the same time,the mechanical installation mode is also optimized after simulated under production conditions with DELMIA software. The simulation results show that all the optimized guns can meet requirements of new production line.

摘要:To improve the welding quality of the locally drying underwater SMAW,develops a new device in the locally drying underwater SMAW and carry out a lot of systematic technology experiments. By the experiments,we finally get such results:the structure of the device is simple,the welding formation is well. Compared to the drying welding,the penetration improves a lot in the welding and the weld width decreases a little under the water,because of compression of the arc by gas. With the increase of water depth,the gas pressure increases accordingly,the penetration improves and the weld width decreases further. In addition the transition between weld and base metal is more smooth,and this reduced stress concentration.
摘要:Based the characteristics of variable polarity TIG welding,a tiny current short arc ignition was designed,which solved the problem of tungsten weariness,especially when the state of DCEP(direct current electrode positive). There are three stages of tiny current short arc ignition,the three stagers are short stage,maintain stage and current slow rising stage,and the current of the short stage can be only 2 ~3 A. The experiments proved that the arc ignition is stable without any obvious tungsten weariness and arc extinguish,and the arc ignition success rate is quite high.

摘要:In order to realize the lightweight of automobile and ensure its safety coefficient,the joining technology of steel and aluminum dissimilar materials becomes the research focus. Numerical simulation is one of the effective ways to study the mechanism of Al-Steel resistance spot welding(RSW). The establishment and development of a model for Al-steel RSW is summarized. The research progress of the numerical simulation for Al-steel RSW is introduced from three aspects: formation of nugget,formation of the intermetallic compounds and analysis of other welding parameters change. In addition,the future development space of numerical simulation of Al-Steel RSW is discussed.
摘要:The weldability of BFe10-1-1 and the manufacture difficulties of the floating head cover arch covering-floating head flange joint and the tube-tube sheet joint are expound. The welding process of the joints is also introduced, including the selection of welding material,welding preparation, welding technology and so on. And the matters needing attention in welding process are pointed out,the welding of the actual product are finished, and its nondestructive testing result is qualified according to relevant standards. This proves that the whole process of welding technology is reasonable and good quality products can be obtained according to this welding technology.

摘要:In order to reduce the deformation caused by welding stress,ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3 casting brass base is used as the thermal conductivity of the main heat dissipation equipment under the premise of ensuring the tensile strength of welding seam in the automatic welding process of support bracket. Through experimental study,the required welding specifications for welded joints with stable mechanical properties and the relationship between heat input and thermal conductivity of the base under these specifications are obtained,which can provide a reference for the welding process to minimize the welding deformation of the support bracket and make the weld meet the requirements of service performance.
