In order to improve the mechanical properties of 304 stainless steel after welding, in this paper, by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, hardness and tensile test, the effects of medium and low temperature heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel plate TIG welded joints were studied. It is found that the microstructure of the untreated weld is composed of γ-austenite and δ-ferrite after heat treatment at 400 ℃ for 30 min, and δ-ferrite mainly distributes in the Cr-rich zone and appears as a worm, and the content of δ-ferrite decreases to some extent after heat treatment. After heat treatment, the hardness of welded joints is lower than that of untreated ones. The yield strength of welded joints after welding is 189.5 MPa, and the strain is 64.5%. After heat treatment, the yield strength is 221 MPa, the strain is 72.7%, and the yield strength is increased by 16.6%, reaching the yield strength of base metal. The fracture surface shows ductile fracture characteristics and no significant welding defects, mainly showing deep dimples, and the dimples are distributed with second phase particles, which hinder the slip and cause stress concentration and produce micro-pits, which become one of the main craters of cracks. SUS304 TIG焊 中低温热处理 微观组织 力学性能 SUS304 TIG welding low temperature heat treatment microstructure mechanical properties 前言 1 不锈钢因其良好的耐腐蚀性、焊接性、低温塑韧性，以及良好的综合力学性能，在工业各领域得到了非常广泛的应用 ［ 1 1 ］ 。室温下不锈钢可分为奥氏体不锈钢、铁素体不锈钢、马氏体不锈钢、沉淀硬化不锈钢和奥氏体-铁素体双相不锈钢 ［ 2 2 ］ ，其中SUS304奥氏体不锈钢（牌号06Cr18Ni9）因铬含量优势而表现出良好的焊接性、耐腐蚀性、无磁性等特征，被广泛应用在桥梁结构、船舶、航空和轨道交通等众多领域 ［ 3 3 - 4 4 ］ 。 目前，耐腐蚀性的要求使得轨交车辆的车下变流器箱体制造多选用SUS304不锈钢材料。而变流器箱体中结构复杂的SUS304结构件的连接以TIG焊为主。TIG焊具有热输入低、能量密度高、电弧稳定性好、能较好控制线能量的优点，且其保护气流具有冷却作用，可降低熔池表面温度，提高表面张力，可获得污染少、焊缝美观、焊接质量高的焊接接头 ［ 5 5 - 6 6 ］ 。但是SUS304导热系数小、线膨胀系数大导致其焊接时存在残余应力，接头中易形成结晶裂纹 ［ 7 7 ］ 、晶间腐蚀 ［ 8 8 - 9 9 8-9 ］ 、应力腐蚀开裂、焊缝脆化、夹杂气孔等缺陷 ［ 10 10 - 11 11 10-11 ］ 。适当的热处理可以提高接头性能。郭国林 ［ 12 12 ］ 等对304不锈钢板焊接接头热处理后组织和性能进行研究发现在1 000 ℃固溶处理后，焊接接头的组织和性能良好。杨晓禹 ［ 13 13 ］ 等对S32101不锈钢焊接接头在1 050 ℃热处理后，晶界的沉淀相Cr 2 N会重新溶解到基体中。Saeid Ghorbani ［ 14 14 ］ 等人研究发现，异种不锈钢焊接接头在960 ℃热处理后得到最佳的拉伸性能。 目前热处理工艺多是在较高温度下进行 ［ 15 15 - 16 16 15-16 ］ ，但在轨道交通行业生产中，考虑到生产周期短及成本控制，对焊接接头中低温热处理研究具有显著意义。在部分高铁牵引变流器箱内水冷系统SUS304管路支架中采用了TIG焊，但在依据IEC 61373：1999 Ⅰ类A级设备进行冲击振动试验的过程中，SUS304管夹的TIG焊接头处出现了断裂。参考成本及工艺生产周期等因素，本文对焊后试验样件进行中低温热处理，并对焊后及焊后热处理态焊接接头进行微观组织和性能研究，以探究改善焊接接头质量的方法。 试验材料与方法 1 试验母材为SUS304（GB/T 3280-2007）板材，试样尺寸170 mm×35 mm×2 mm，焊丝选用308LSi，直径Φ1 mm。母材及焊材的名义化学成分和力学性能分别如 表1 表1 、 表2 表2 所示。 材料 C Si Mn P S Ni Cr N Fe SUS 304 0.06 0.65 2.23 0.025 0.003 9.43 19.73 0.1 Bal 308LSi 0.015 0.75 1.05 0.01 0.01 10.23 21.85 — Bal 抗拉强度 R m /MPa 屈服强度 R eL /MPa 断后伸长率 A /% 硬度 /HV ≥520 ≥205 ≥35 ≤200 采用手工TIG填丝焊制作焊接试板，焊接接头形式为平板对接，焊前不开坡口。采用FK 4000-R焊机，焊接电压为18~25 V，电流为75~95 A，焊接速度为0.8~1.2 mm/s，氩气流量为8 L/min，热输入为995~1 260 J/mm。焊接后试板在300 ℃、400 ℃、500 ℃下分别退火30 min、60 min、90 min。 接头试样经打磨、抛光后，以焊缝中心为基准，参考GB/T2654-2008《焊接接头硬度试验方法》和GB/T4340.1-2009《金属材料-维氏硬度试验》，采用MHV 5Z硬度计在母材区（BZ）、热影响区（HAZ）、焊缝区（WZ）取若干测量点，加载负荷0.98 N（100 gf）并持续时间15 s，进行接头硬度测试。用电火花线切割的方法沿着焊缝横截面截取20 mm×10 mm×2 mm的方形小块，包含焊缝区（WZ）和母材区（BZ），然后用砂纸（400#、600#、800#、1000#、1500#、3000#）由粗到细的原则对金相观察面进行打磨，使用2.5 μm的金刚石抛光膏进行抛光处理，然后采用王水溶液（体积比HCl∶HNO 3 =3∶1）进行晶界腐蚀，腐蚀时间25~30 s，腐蚀完成后立即用去离子水将试样清洗干净并用吹风机将其吹干备用，采用XRD（SMARTLAB X-ray）、金相显微镜（DMI 5000M）和扫描电镜（ZEISS SUPRA 55）对焊接接头的微观组织和断口进行分析。参考 GB/T2649-1989《焊接接头机械性能试验取样方法》和GB/T228-2002《焊接接头拉伸试验方法》，利用万能试验机WDW-3100对焊接接头的拉伸性能进行分析，加载速度2 mm/min，拉伸样尺寸如 图1 图1 所示。 试验结果与讨论 1 热处理对接头硬度的影响 2 焊后未处理态及不同温度热处理后焊接接头的硬度曲线如 图2 图2 所示，硬度值如 表3 表3 所示。可以看出，硬度值先增高后降低，显微硬度峰值均出现在WZ，HAZ硬度处于母材与焊缝区之间。焊接接头存在焊接应力，同时有富Cr相析出，因此在焊接接头处有较高的硬度。经过不同温度与时间的热处理，硬度值变化趋势大致相同。这是因为随着热处理的进行，部分焊接应力得到释放，硬度值表现为不同程度的降低，但是热处理温度超过450 ℃达到材料敏化区会有碳化物Cr 23 C 6 形成 ［ 17 17 ］ ，降低焊接接头塑韧性，因此在经过400 ℃退火30 min后硬度值小于其他温度热处理的硬度（见 图2 图2 ），焊缝处硬度值降低5.2%，可见在该热处理条件下，其塑韧性相对较好。以下讨论均以此参数为热处理的对比参数。 距焊缝距离/mm 焊后未处理态 300 ℃ （30 min） 300 ℃ （60 min） 300 ℃ （90 min） 400 ℃ （30 min） 400 ℃ （60 min） 400 ℃ （90 min） 500 ℃ （30 min） 500 ℃ （60 min） 500 ℃ （90 min） -5 180.4 180.5 184.8 194.7 195.5 197.3 183.7 188 187.9 186.9 -4 188.8 188.8 190.3 196.1 189.1 195.1 185.1 188.3 194.3 195.1 -3 193.7 193.7 196.8 187.7 183.6 186.7 191.9 196.1 191.2 199.4 -2 195.4 195.4 201.7 194.4 176.7 182.7 181.3 198.9 201.7 195.1 -1 191.3 191.4 205.0 197.4 182.6 204.3 198.5 202.7 213.4 206.8 0 210.1 210.1 208.2 209.6 203.4 212.7 213.7 213.5 219.6 217.5 1 202.9 202.9 190.1 193.1 194.15 190.7 207.9 207.8 200.85 206.4 2 205.4 205.4 182.4 198 201.6 187.3 197.8 201.7 191.1 187.3 3 198.8 198.8 179.75 190.8 199.7 194.4 194.7 196.6 189.7 199.5 4 187.2 187.2 176.7 176 194.7 185.8 187.4 185.8 196.5 197.1 5 197.4 197.4 167.95 196.6 186.1 183.25 184.7 190.8 197.8 197.8 热处理对焊缝组织的影响 2 焊接接头的XRD图谱如 图3 图3 所示。可以看出，焊缝组织主要为γ-奥氏体和δ-铁素体，在44°~45°区间内热处理后焊接接头衍射峰强度相对焊态降低，表明经400 ℃退火30 min后δ-铁素体含量有一定程度的减少。焊接接头焊态及400 ℃退火30 min后的金相组织如 图4 图4 所示。SUS304母材组织为典型的奥氏体晶粒，但是焊接接头的结晶模式主要由Cr、Ni元素的含量决定，WZ区主要由γ-奥氏体与δ-铁素体组成。这是因为Ni、Cr 、Fe三相共晶时，富 Cr 区域位于三角区的右侧，铁素体优先在富Cr区形核结晶，因此焊缝处的金属凝固时是以δ-铁素体作为初始相析出，最终形成蠕虫状铁素体。新的物相和晶粒的变化是热力学和动力学综合作用的结果，晶粒的长大主要表现为晶界的迁移，实质是晶界处原子跨越界面迁移的扩散过程。热处理过程中促进原子的激活、扩散与界面反应造成δ-铁素体含量减少 ［ 17 17 ］ 。 （a）、（b）未经热处理；（c）、（d）400 ℃退火30 min 热处理对焊接接头力学性能的影响 2 焊态和400 ℃热处理30 min焊接接头拉伸后的应力应变曲线如 图5 图5 所示。由图可知，未热处理焊接接头的屈服强度为189.5 MPa，应变为64.5%，热处理后接头屈服强度为221 MPa，较焊态提升了16.6%，达到母材的屈服强度，同时应变也提高为72.7%，与热处理前后硬度的变化趋势一致。这是因为焊态SUS304不锈钢焊接接头铁素体含量较多，硬度较高，且大量的铁素体分布在奥氏体中，在位错滑移过程中起到钉扎作用，阻碍了滑移系运动 ［ 15 15 ］ ，而热处理后铁素体分布更加均匀且含量减少，故应变有一定程度的提高。 图6 图6 为拉伸试验后焊接接头的断口微观形貌，观察未发现显著的焊接缺陷。其中 图6b 图6b 断口的韧窝较 图6a 图6a 的韧窝更圆、更大、更深，呈等轴韧窝状，属于韧性断裂。从右上角高倍断口形貌图中可以观察到韧窝里分布着第二相粒子，这成为裂纹的主要发源地之一，即随着拉伸变形的发生，不同的滑移带相交汇集至一处时，会因第二相阻碍滑移造成应力集中而产生微坑，在滑移作用下微孔逐渐长大，相邻微孔逐渐连接在一起形成大的空洞进而扩大为微裂纹，最终发生断裂 ［ 17 17 - 18 18 17-18 ］ 。 1;2; 结论 1 （1）焊接接头组织由γ-奥氏体与δ-铁素体组成，在富Cr区形成了蠕虫状δ-铁素体。经400 ℃退火30 min热处理后，在热力学和动力学综合作用下δ-铁素体含量有一定程度的减少。 （2）焊缝热处理后硬度值整体较焊态低。焊后焊缝屈服强度为189.5 MPa，应变为64.5%，热处理态屈服强度为221 MPa，应变为72.7%，屈服强度提升了16.6%，达到母材的屈服强度。 （3）板厚2 mm的SUS304不锈钢TIG焊后能够获得致密的焊接组织，对焊接接头断口扫描分析为韧性断裂，断口无显著焊接缺陷，主要呈现出较深的韧窝，韧窝分布着第二相粒子。 参考文献 Kurt H ， Samur R .
