摘要

采用等离子和TIG分别对Inconel 600热电偶套筒进行焊接,研究不同焊接方法对Inconel 600显微组织及其性能的影响。母材为全奥氏体组织,主要由γ、γ′（Ni,3,Al）以及Cr,23,C,6,碳化物组成,夹杂着些许氧化物颗粒。结果表明,等离子接头中析出的碳化物Cr,23,C,6,多于TIG焊接头,热影响区碳化物Cr,23,C,6,含量减少。焊缝显微硬度均低于母材,但等离子接头的焊缝显微硬度略大于TIG焊焊缝。
