Application of waveform control double wire submerged arc welding technology in wind tower manufacturing
In order to improve the welding quality and efficiency of wind tower and other steel structure projects,the basic research on the actual application of waveform control double wire submerged arc welding technology is carried out. The application purpose and principle of waveform control technology and the control target and control process of waveform-controlled power are introduced in detail. The impact toughness,welding efficiency,groove design and other welding parameters of the joints and their applications are analyzed,which can provide a reference for technicians.
