摘要

搅拌摩擦焊作为一种新型固相连接技术,广泛应用于航空、航天、船舶等领域。在焊接过程中,焊缝区域的材料流动对搅拌摩擦焊的质量具有重要的影响。材料流动难以直接观察,而流场仿真技术则为研究材料流动提供了一种重要手段。综述搅拌摩擦焊流场仿真技术在塑性材料流动机理、搅拌工具结构优化以及辅助能量影响分析等方面的应用现状,总结流场仿真技术的研究进展和成果,为搅拌摩擦焊流场仿真技术从理论分析应用到工程实践提供参考和依据。

Abstract

Friction stir welding（FSW） is a new solid phase joining technology and is widely used in the fields of aviation,spaceflight,shipbuilding and so on. The flow of material in the weld zone has an important influence on the welding quality of FSW. In general,it is hard to study the material flow directly,while the flow field simulation provides an important means to study it. The application status of flow field simulation in FSW is reviewed,including plastic material flow mechanism,stir tools structure optimization and auxiliary energy impact analysis. The research progress and achievements of flow field simulation are summarized,which provides a reference and basis for the flow field simulation in FSW from the theoretical analysis to engineering application.
