摘要
对国产Q345qE耐候钢进行埋弧焊和气保焊对接试验,焊后进行力学性能试验及金相组织观察分析。结果表明:Q345qE耐候钢焊接工艺性良好,无需预热焊接,热影响区韧性优良,但是热输入对冲击性能有影响,实际应用时应控制热输入小于等于35 k J/cm;焊缝处金相组织为B+F+P,力学性能良好;焊接钢板室温拉伸、弯曲性能合格。采用低碳成分,可提高Q345qE耐候钢的可焊性,间接提高热影响区的韧性。
Abstract
Submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding butt joint tests were carried out on domestic Q345 qE weatherproof steel.Mechanical properties and metallographic structure were observed and analyzed after welding. The results show that the weldability of Q345 qE weatherproof steel is good,without preheating welding,and the toughness of heat affected zone is good,but the heat input has an effect on the impact performance. In practical application,the heat input should be controlled to be less than or equal to 35 kJ/cm;the metallographic structure of weld seam is B+F+P,and the mechanical properties are good;the tensile and bending properties of welded steel sheet are qualified at room temperature. The weldability of Q345 qE weathering steel and the toughness of heat affected zone can be improved indirectly by using low carbon composition.
