    Abstract

    Aiming at real-time monitoring of resistance spot welding process,analysis of welding process parameters,real-time display of welding current and electrode voltage curve,resistance spot welding monitor that uses PIC32MZ0512EFF100 as control core and XG070YMN11R touch screen for the parameter setting and display device is designed. The control system software and human-machine interactive system of resistance spot welding monitor are developed. Online monitoring for resistance and real-time display welding current waveform,electrode voltage waveform,dynamic resistance waveform and welding power waveform have been realized in different measuring parameters. The test results show that the monitor have precise output,friendly interface and flexible operability. It can meet the requirement of online monitoring for resistance spot welding and analysis of welding process.
