In order to solve the communication problems of the welding machine supporting industrial robots,introduces a hybrid communication method of industrial robot with welding machine and realizes it on FAUNC robot based on Huayuan welding machine.The method of digital communication and analog communication is adopted,which not only realizes the ordinary welding function,but also realizes the touch sensing function and arc tracking function,which greatly improves the on-site survival ability of the entire set of equipment. The complete set of industrial robotic welding system is not only cost-effective,but also strong applicability.
