摘要

为满足小口径、大壁厚长输管道全自动焊接质量,对大口径管道SERIMAX SATURNAX 05全自动焊接系统进行小口径管道全自动焊接适应性改进,设计适应小口径管道焊接的焊枪支架和焊接小车行走机构,并优化小口径管道焊接工艺参数。试验结果表明:改进后的SERIMAX SATURNAX 05焊接系统具备稳定、可靠的小口径适应性焊接能力,焊缝成形美观,基本无气孔、夹渣、咬边、未熔合、未焊透等焊接缺陷,可以进行高质量、高效率的焊接工作,满足现场自动焊施工的技术要求。

Abstract

To satisfy the full-automatic welding quality of small-diameter,large-thick wall and long-distance pipeline,the full-automatic welding system SERIMAX SATURNAX 05 for large-diameter pipeline is improved to suit the full-automatic welding of small-diameter pipeline. The welding gun holder and the welding trolley traveler are designed and the welding parameters for smalldiameter pipelines are optimized. The results show that the improved welding system SERIMAX SATURNAX 05 has stable and reliable adaptability of small-diameter welding. And the welding quality is perfect. There is almost no blowhole,slag inclusion,undercut,incomplete fusion,incomplete penetration and other welding defects. It can perform high-quality and high-efficiency welding works and meet the technical requirements of on-site automatic welding construction.
