During the structure construction of offshore engineering,there is a large number of welding and inspection work accompanied,as each weld joint is combination with an independent inspection report,there are many different kinds of welding inspection reports,and the format is not identical,thus it takes a lot time to manage the inspection reports. The low efficiency and high error rate bring great trouble to the construction management. A welding inspection report management system is developed,which SQL Server database and client/Server mode are used,and the system had been well applied in BZ34-9 etc. project. Many users online simultaneously, data sharing,intelligent query operation,intelligent error correction,automatic statistics etc. functions are realized in this system,so the accuracy and efficiency of the inspection report management is improved significantly,and a lot of time is saved for the subsequent work.
