摘要

省煤器钢管在使用34天后发生泄漏,泄漏点为钢管的对接焊焊缝处,为找出泄漏原因,通过检测母材成分、观察焊缝金相组织以及测试焊缝截面各部位硬度,并将检测结果与标准《GB 5310-2008高压锅炉用无缝钢管》中规定的要求进行对比,其中材料成分和硬度测试结果均符合相关标准的要求。观察金相组织发现,是焊缝熔合区出现气孔和内部裂纹这些缺陷导致焊缝强度减弱。在使用过程中,内部裂纹在工作环境下产生扩展是导致钢管在焊缝处发生泄漏的主要原因。

Abstract

Economizer tube leakage occurs after 34 days of use,and the leakage point is at the butt weld of the steel tube. In order to find out the leakage reasons,the base material composition test,microstructure observation and hardness test of the weld section are carried out,and the test results are compared with the specified requirements in the standard ,the material composition and hardness test results meet the requirements of relative standards. By observing the microstructure,it is found that the pores and internal cracks in weld fusion zone cause the decrease of the weld strength.In use process,the extension of internal cracks in work environment is the main reason for steel tube leakage at weld.
